SHIPPING

Custom Fees:

Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please confirm with your local customs office for further information. 

Undelivered Items:

In the event that your order cannot be delivered, due to incorrect information or missed deliveries these orders will be returned to us at the courier services discretion. Once your order has been returned to us you will be contacted. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery.

Guidelines:

Orders will be packed and dispatched within 1-2 working days 

We ship domestic and international with the French Post for the best service available.

Uncollected Packages:

Maison New Age will not pay shipping costs for uncollected items.

Lost Packages:

Maison New Age is strictly only responsible for shipping to the given address  After an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at the checkout, we can not be held accountable for lost or stolen packages. 

Withme Clo is not responsible for lost packages due to insufficient, changed or incorrect addresses given.

Sometimes orders may get held at the Customs, which will increase arrival time. Please use the estimated delivery dates as a guide. Maison New Age can not guarantee that you will receive your order within the time frame
